Constitution Laboratories was established in 2020 with a mission of driving down the cost of healthcare by merging Contract Research and Analytical Testing with Industry 4.0. Through greater automation and reduced human handling, testing and research can be accomplished faster and more efficiently, with significantly fewer errors. Processes are more readily improved and updated according to the latest technical innovations. All of these result in the customer, you, having an enhanced experience meeting your needs more than ever before.

Our Team
The Constitution Laboratories team offers extensive experience in pharmacology, medical device research, FDA and ISO quality assurance, molecular and cellular biology, analytical chemistry and drug development to name a few. Founded by Ph.D. scientist with experience in drug development and a vast network of healthcare companies in California, Constitution Laboratories offers an extensive platform for assisting in pharmaceutical development from Discovery to Clinic.
Facilities and Equipment
Located in Simi Valley, CA, just outside Los Angeles, within 5,000 square feet of lab space, Constitution Laboratories maintains several large dedicated laboratories to chemical research, biological research, and analytical testing. In addition, Constitution Laboratories shares lab space for GMP manufacturing, GMP testing, and compound pharmacy production.

Compliance and Accreditations
GLP Compliance
As a GLP compliant laboratory, Constitution Laboratories adheres to the FDA standards for data integrity and proper documentation practices. All GLP studies are conducted according to strict adherence to FDA 21 CRF Part 58 with proper quality management systems, functional roles and standard operating procedures. Constitution Labs is currently pending FDA registration.
GMP Compliance
Current GMP compliance to FDA 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 for all contracting manufacturing and compound pharmacy 503B services is ensured though internal and external quality systems management. Constitution Labs is currently pending FDA registration.
ISO /IEC17025 Compliant
Constitution Laboratories quality systems and management is set-up mirroring the standards laid out in ISO 17025 for analytical testing laboratories. Accreditation with an approved accreditation body is planned for in early 2022.
